Hitting the gym in January just because it's a new year may lead to burnout and a lack of motivation.
So take the time to understand what works best for you and your body, and make sustainable changes that you can stick to throughout the year.
This can be just going for a daily walk for 10 min rather than signing up to run a half marathon when you have not run for years.
Your health and wellness is a journey, not a quick fix.
Remember what happened last time you did a quick fix.
How long did that last?
Don't stress yourself out by trying to make unrealistic resolutions that you may not be able to keep.
Instead, keep it really simple! Remember, it's important to prioritize self-care and listen to your body's needs.
