Week 1 - You will get a welcome and onboarding call. Helping to set up your programme and get you started.

You will receive a welcome email with all the set you need to take to set up your training platform, complete your weekly check-ins and set up your cycling workout plan.

Following this, you will gain access to our Private Facebook Group where you will gain access to our weekly training, community forum and resources.
