About Me

Over the last decade, I have conducted over 30,000 health assessments for companies across the UK and Ireland. During that time I was part of the team recognised as one of the top UK health and well-being providers.  

Then in 2022, I walked away. 

Tired of the constant travelling and its impact on my health (Ironic don’t you think) and frustrated by the little impact health assessments alone could deliver, I knew deep down I could offer more to people looking to better their health. 

My own experience participating in numerous triathlons, marathons and Ironman’s, alongside a  decade of experience supporting clients to lose weight led me to launch Damerell Coaching. 

To Help cyclists 40 plus lose weight, and gain strength without hours riding their bike. Supporting their mental and physical well-being to improve their health & longevity.

Since then

Duncan lost 14 kg in 10 weeks and gained 20 watts to his FTP.
